When trauma is unresolved or stress accumulates in our lives, our attention is captured by repetitive stress signals and we experience symptoms like anxiety, spaciness, and disconnection. We may feel worn-out or easily overwhelmed or feel as if we are always “on-guard.” These symptoms keep us from being fully present in our lives.


Psychosomatic Therapy is present-moment focused, body-oriented approach to helping your nervous system learn how to resolve stresses and traumas, and helping you to develop the resilience to bounce back more quickly when life hits you hard. Psychosomatic Therapy approach cultivates and utilizes a non-judgmental awareness of your inner experience in order to resolve trauma and accumulated stress patterns that might be hindering you on physical, psychological and spiritual levels.


During Psychosomatic Therapy session you will be guided into the present moment experience of being in your own physical body, where we will start making an inquiry into what is alive there for you on the sensational level. Guided by the felt sense experience of your body, I employ powerful, but gentle techniques that current neuroscientific research indicates rewire your brain to free you from limiting beliefs and patterned behaviors so you can live an emotionally free, more fulfilling life.  In addition to Psychosomatic Therapy techniques, I might, also, employ shamanic energy work, breathwork, Inner Child Work, Parts Work, bodywork and Theta Healing, as needed.


We will use these modalities to un-stick the stress signals, resulting in liberated and broadened awareness, leading to a fuller experience of life.
